Please keep in mind we handmake our Sensory Play Tables especially for you. We strive to ensure your order is dispatched as soon as possible but there may be instances when there is a delay in the processing time. If there is any major delay we will contact you.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pick up is available to select at checkout. Please get in contact with us or we will soon be in contact to arrange a suitable pick up date/time after you have placed your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be delivered

For remote areas please allow an extra 4-7 days.

We always strive to ensure on-time delivery, but there may be instances when packages may be delivered past the estimated date.

What is authority to leave?
When you give authority to leave, you’re allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature.

Please note:
  •  If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the package unattended
  •      If the carrier cannot find your address they will leave it at the local depot or allocated point of dispatch. You will be contacted via phone or email to notify you with the pick up location. 
  •  If you opt to leave your order unattended, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages
I gave authority to leave, but the carrier didn’t leave my package. Why?
Safely delivering your package is our carriers’ priority. If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the package unattended.

 

Additional Information:

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Pippy Play Designs cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time unfortunately Pippy Play Designs do not offer international shipping.
